Events

Leadership and veterinary practice management are consistently evolving and cover a variety of subjects. Within each of those subjects are micro-topics. The best lectures are those that are customized to perceived gaps in skills, abilities, and knowledge. Common overarching topics in veterinary medicine include Leadership and Culture, Human Resource Management (onboarding, training and development, retention, and benefits), Inventory (management, pricing structures, and reporting), Veterinary Compliance (safety and controlled substance management), Inventory, Marketing, and Financial Applications (pricing strategies, profit and loss interpretation, profitability identifiers). Additional team-oriented topics include customer service, teamwork orientation, and train-the-trainer programs for those who onboard fellow employees.

When booking a lecture, topics can be customized for a specific group with large or small audiences. They can also be formatted into workshop sessions, allowing leaders to conceptualize, brainstorm, prioritize needs, and develop SMART goals with objectives to achieve immediate results.
